As a tradesperson who is also working in a business professional environment, I have some insight into both areas. Derek's well designed website was one of the reasons I requested a quote to have our roof re-shingled. It was all professional. I had been trying to secure a roof quote since April with no success (no-shows, no call backs etc.) After contacting Pitch Masters, within days of my quote request, Derek had inspected my roof and sent me a quote for the job. Not only a quote, but a link to an interactive quote where I could ask questions, comment or accept/decline the quote. This was excellent as I had some questions. After answering my questions, Derek contacted me and gave me an approximate date of a month and a half away. Busy time of year i understand. As the date approached, he communicated well in advance of a slight change of a day or two. Derek and his crew arrived on the agreed time and date with his crew and finished the job in two days. I had expected 3. Tarps all around the house, no nails to be found , a fantastic job done ,on budget with an excellent price would leave me no reservations about recommending Pitch Masters for your roofing needs. I got a quote from Derek last year but wasn’t quite ready to replace my roof. I went back to him for a requote this year and he honored his price from last time. Fair pricing ,showed up when he said he was going to, cleaned up afterwards. Roof looks great, would highly recommend!

We had a 20-year old cedar shake roof that needed to be replaced. Two of my immediate neighbours (one of whom is a retired construction contractor) had Pitch Masters do their roofs and were very pleased with the result so I asked and received a fair quote and a complete explanation of what would be done from Derek. (As it turned out several of our neighbours hired Pitch Masters to do their roofs as well!) The work was done on time (about 4 days) and to my eye done very professionally and throughly - I saw no short cuts being taken. The work site was cleaned daily. After the work was done I went up on the roof with the Foreman and received a complete final briefing of the work done. I had a couple of issues with a couple of the flashings and these were immediately dealt with without complaint. The crew was typically on the roof by 7:15am every morning and they worked steadily until mid afternoon. The crew was friendly and polite and there wasn't any loud music or swearing as they worked. I definitely recommend Derek and his crew to anyone looking to get a new roof.

Derek was awesome. He responded to my email inquiry within a day. I had a quote a few days later and the price was lower than expected. He and his team replaced the shingles on my house and garage. I was impressed with the care they took putting down tarps to catch all the debris and making sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. I have worked with roofers in the past and I wasn't impressed. I will definitely recommend Derek to anyone that needs roofing work done.

Derek and his team were awesome, simply. We conducted a significant amount of research collecting reviews and quotes from numerous companies. Pitch Masters was the most competitive quote and also had the best reviews so we went with them. We viewed numerous homes in the neighbourhood that had been done by Pitch Masters and they looked great. To top it off, Derek agreed to ensuring the roof was done in less than 7 business days which was important to us as the neighbours had hired a company that took 5 weeks to do their roof!!!
